Tarleton’s Route to Cowpens, January 1781


Join us for an engaging presentation by John Favors, member of The Dutch Fork Chapter of the SC Genealogical Society, as he explores the movements of Banastre Tarleton, one of the most infamous figures of the American Revolutionary War. This lecture will trace Tarleton’s route through what is now Newberry County, South Carolina, as he advanced to confront Patriot forces at the Battle of Cowpens.


All history enthusiasts and community members are welcome to attend this insightful program.
