Join historian Steven Knapp for an engaging lecture exploring the first year of the American Revolution in South Carolina. Discover the complexities of the early war in the Backcountry, the first shots fired at the Siege of Savage’s Old Fields, and the stories of some of the first Newberrians to take up arms in the fight for independence.
