"Lost Newberry" Mills Edition, Part 2!

Join us at The Newberry Museum with Ernie Shealy as he presents “Lost Newberry”- Mills Edition, Part 2! Learn about mill buildings, churches, and residences that are no longer standing or are unrecognizable Newberry.

The presentations will be held on Saturday, September 13 at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. with a Question & Answer session to follow immediately after.

Admission is FREE.

This presentation coincides with our current exhibit, "Spinning A Legacy: Newberry's Cotton Mills" which explores the history of the four earliest cotton mills in Newberry County: Newberry (West End), Mollohon, Whitmire, and Oakland!
